Create a Simur account

To create an account, download the Simur app, have your identification document ready, and follow the steps below: 

1. Tap Create your account. Accept the terms and conditions, enter your email address and select your country of birth.
2. Set up your password. You will receive a confirmation email.
3. Scan your passport, ID document or driving license. Please note that the document must be valid and not expired.
4. To scan the NFC chip on your document, place the back of your phone against the passport or ID chip area until the app reads it. Make sure to press your mobile device against the document and move it across the surface slowly until a connection is established. Please wait for the scan process to complete.
5. Next, we will confirm your identity by recording a short video to match your face against your ID document.
6. Enter your phone number and confirm the security code that you will receive in a text message (2FA).

Note: If the registration process is interrupted, close the Simur app and open it again. Enter the email and password you used to create the account and the registration process will resume from where you left it.
