Recover my password

If you forgot your password and you can't access your Simur account, please follow the next steps:

1. Open your Simur app and click Recover account below the Password button.
2. Tap Let's go.
3. Enter the required information. 

Note: to recover your password we will require several pieces of key information such as your ID document and phone number you used to register the account. This will help us to verify that it is you who you say you are so that we can keep your data safe.
