Accept or Decline an invitation from a company

You can accept or decline an invitation to join a company through the Simur app or Simur Studio. 


How to accept/decline an invitation in Simur app

  1. Open the Simur app and sign in to your account.
  2. On your screen, you will see a Pending request > tap View > Accept the terms and conditions and tap Accept or tap Decline.

Note: If the pending request does not appear on your screen immediately please do the following:

  • Go to Notifications next to your profile icon to see the pending request and follow the instructions described in step 2.
  • On your app main screen you will see the pending invitation under Tasks.

How to accept/decline an invitation in Simur Studio

  1. Go to Simur Studio and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Dashboard.
  3. Open the task and click Accept/Decline.
