Change the phone number associated to my Simur account (2FA)

You can change your phone number either on the Simur app or on Simur Studio. 

On Simur app

  1. On the main screen navigate to the Profile icon.
  2. Open the dropdown menu located at the right of your name and tap the pencil icon to edit your phone number.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

Note: you will need the old phone number to update the new number.

On Simur Studio

  1. Login to your Simur account through the web portal and go to My Profile section.
  2. Click on Contact Information.
  3. Select Add New > Phone.
  4. Enter your new phone number and click Verify.

Note: Once your new phone number has been added, use the trash icon to delete the old one.
