Once you have created your account, log in to Simur Studio to access your personal information and account activity. After logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard. From there, click on My Profile, which contains the following details:
- Personal Information: This includes your personal details, identity documents, contact information, and residential address.
- Identity sharing, documents and relationships: This refers to all the information linked to your account such as uploaded documents, forms, and relationships.
- Account Settings: Here, you can update your account email, phone number, or password. You can also view your login history and download your data.
- Contact Support: Access our knowledge base articles and the contact support form for assistance.
- Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions: Here you can review the Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions of our service.
