Start Step
To start with your Flow first you need to enter in the Flow and configure the Start button:
- Click the Edit icon below the Start button.
- Then select one Type of trigger and specify the target audience (existing/future clients) and the starting date.
Select the client type. Tick the address box if you want to ask your clients to provide you with the address before answering the Flow or leave it unticked > Click on Save.
Sending a Flow to a Business
In some cases, the target of a Flow will be a Business. When this occurs, any of the Business’s Simur administrators will be able to respond to the Flow.
While one of these administrators is solving the Flow’s requirements, the Flow will be locked and no other administrator will be able to respond to it simultaneously. However, if the first administrator who started working on the Flow has not completed it and closes the request, the Flow will be paused, and another administrator will be able to continue resolving the Flow from the point at which it was paused.
Type of trigger
You have previously seen that when creating a Flow, you must select a Type of trigger. We define the Type of trigger as the target that will be required to respond to the Flow. Only entities that fall within this type will receive the Flow and be able to respond to it.
Note: If you want the Flow to be received by any type of entity, you must select the Welcome/Onboarding/General Type of trigger.
