Custom Form

When creating your flow you can add a Custom Form to collect additional information from your clients such as:

  • Email address (if it has not been asked before).
  • Phone number.
  • Any other relevant information.

This information is not required to determine whether your client will be onboarded, but it may provide valuable information to fulfil your business needs. You can add different fields such as text, paragraphs, picklists, checkboxes or radio buttons.

To create a Custom Form follow these steps: 

  1. Drag and drop the Custom Form button to the workspace area. 
  2. Go to the Custom Form step and drag and drop the Fields to the form.
