What is a Conditional Filter?

The Conditional Filter enables you to create different paths for your clients based on their responses, using available data to automatically determine a specific flow. This helps you to make informed decisions for your business. 

How to create a Conditional Filter

  1. Drag and drop the Conditional Filter to the workspace area.
  2. Select the Conditional Filter you want to add from the dropdown menu under Pre-Built Conditional Filters.
  3. Enter a Step Name.
  4. Click Save.

Note: You can create a fully customised Conditional Filter step for your flows using the Create your own conditional filter option. This will enable you to create your own questions and answers. T
