Managing Clients in your Portfolios

Manage your clients

When you create a portfolio, you'll see the users you've invited to join, as shown in the screenshot below:

You can perform several actions related to your clients. To access these options, click the dropdown menu button next to the user's name. Here are the main actions you can take:

  • Assign Business Lines: View or assign business lines to your clients. Learn more about Business Lines.
  • Download Reports: Generate a PDF document containing all customer documentation, including personal information, photos, contact details, risk assessment, and other relevant details.
  • Remove from Portfolio: Delete an Entity from a Portfolio. Access to the shared files of said entity will be discontinued..

Organize your clients

You can organize your clients using custom columns, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Company > Go to Portfolios.
  2. Use the List View Type and choose the option that you prefer.
  3. Click on + Add New button to create new columns. You can change the name of a column by clicking on its title.
  4. Drag and drop your clients into the selected columns to organize them.

Team Members

Sometimes you can have a lot of clients to manage and Portfolios. You can add Team Members to help you to do these activities. Click here to read more about Team Members.
