Login issues

If you have trouble logging into your account please make sure that you have followed these steps:

  • Ensure that you are entering the correct email address and password associated with your account. Double-check for any typos or errors.
  • Clear App Cache. Clear the app cache on your device as accumulated data may be causing issues.
  • Update the Mobile App. Make sure you are using the latest version of the mobile app. Outdated versions may have issues that can be resolved by updating.
  • Uninstall and Reinstall the App. If all else fails, uninstall the app, restart your device, and then reinstall the app again. 
  • Reset your Password. If you have forgotten your password or suspect it has been compromised, use Recover account on the login screen.
