What are Risk Questions?
Risk Questions are essential questions designed to gather important information from your clients and evaluate the potential impact on your company.
What process should be followed to create a risk question?
- Start by creating a set of risk questions tailored to your specific needs.
- Assign a percentage value to each question to quantify the risk.
- Establish clear rules for how these values will be used to calculate the overall risk.
- Once you have these initial rules and values in place, you can begin designing your flow to systematically evaluate and manage the risks based on the information collected.
