You can add Internal Risk Questions as internal notes and observations when creating your Risk Questions. These will not be visible to the users responding to your Workflows, as they are intended exclusively for internal company use.
Create an Internal Risk Question
To create an Internal Risk Question follow these steps:
- Select the Company > Go to Settings.
- Go to Custom Variables.
- Click on +New Variable.
- Fill in the different fields: Select the trigger type, the risk value and the Business Line.
Set up parameters of Internal Risk Questions
Follow these steps to set up parameters of an Internal Risk Question:
- Select the Company > Go Settings.
- Go to Custom Variables.
- Click on an Internal Risk Question.
- Add or delete answers.
Delete an Internal Risk Question
Use the trash icon to delete an Internal Risk Question:
