Managing Team Member Tasks

Observations and notes can be added to any user associated with a Portfolio. Team Members can be notified about specific observations, tasks, or notes, allowing them to receive detailed notifications through the platform. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select the entity and go to Portfolios.
  2. Choose a Portfolio user and click in it.
  3. Enter in Comments section.
  4. In the text box, you can write comments, observations and mention Team Members (using @ followed by the Team Member’s name). Click on the +Add Comment button to add the comment. These Team Members will receive a notification if they have been mentioned.
