Reject Form

Reject a Form

You have seen in the article Inside your Clients how to access a Form completed by a client. However, on some occasions, a client may answer one of the questions incorrectly. Use the Reject Form option to request a new response to a specific question. To do that follow these steps:

  1. Enter in Forms section.
  2. Select a Form and enter in it.
  3. Use the Reject button in the left.
  4. Set a comment and click to the Invalidate button.

Once you have invalidated one of the responses in the Form, you can continue invalidating other responses. Proceed until you have invalidated the responses you consider necessary.

  1. Once you have selected all the responses you wish to invalidate, use the left button to request that the user resubmit the invalidated questions in the Form.
  2. Include a message to communicate with your client and click on Send.

Note: Once you click the Send button, the customer will receive a notification asking them to answer the rejected questions again.

Pause, changes & Reject Form option

As seen in the article Test and Activate a Flow, once a Flow has been created, it must be activated, and to edit it, the Flow must be paused. This has an important interaction when the Reject Form option has been used; This means that once the customer has answered to the Flow, if you edit it, you will not be able to use the Reject Form option.

That means that if you need that the customer answer any question in the Flow again, the workflow must be sent again. You will not see the Reject Button to the left of the answer inside the customer's Form section.
