How can I recover my password to access Simur Studio?

To recover your password and access your Simur Studio account, go to your Simur Mobile app and follow the next steps:

1. Go to Recover account and tap Let's go.
2. Enter your email address and phone number used during the registration process.
3. Take a photo of your passport or ID card as requested on the screen.
4. Scan the NFC of your document.
5. Take a selfie following the instructions on the screen.
6. Choose a new password and click Continue.

Go to the Simur Studio and log into your account with your new password.
