You can update your files Terms & Conditions and the Privace Policy.
First, to perform this action, select the company and go Settings > Portfolios. Choose the Portfolio and use the drop-down menu on the right > Click on Edit. Select the new files and click on Save.
Once you have uploaded them, a notify will send to the user, and he must accept the new Terms & Conditions and the Privace Policy.
