If your account has been blocked it may be due to entering the wrong password or email address multiple times. This will temporary block your account for 5 minutes as a security measure. Please wait until this temporary block has expired an then try to login again.
If you still can't access your account follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you are entering the correct email address and password associated with your account. Double-check for any typos or errors.
- Clear app cache. Clear the app cache on your device as accumulated data may be causing issues.
- Update the mobile app to the last version. Make sure you are using the latest version of the mobile app. Outdated versions may have issues that can be resolved by updating.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app. If all else fails, uninstall the app, restart your device, and then reinstall the app again.
- Reset your password. If you have forgotten your password or suspect it has been compromised, use the Recover account option on the login screen.
