Drag and drop to create your Flow

To create a Flow, you will need to drag and drop the icons located on the left onto the main workspace area. Then you can customize them as needed and connect them to define the flow direction. 

You can use four tools to request documents, ask questions, and gather additional information from your clients:

  • Risk Questions: These are client-related questions that will impact the risk generated by the client. To create them it is necessary to first create the risk in Risk Settings. Learn more about Risk Questions
  • Custom Form: These are informative questions so they won't affect the risk rating. You can answer them in different ways, like with a yes or no, a number, or text. You can ask multiple questions at once. Learn more about Custom Form
     
  • Conditional Filters: They use the information you already have to guide the conversation in a specific direction. Learn more about Conditional Filter.
     
  • Document Upload: You have the option to request a specific document from your clients and customize them, just like with the Risk questions. Learn more about Document Upload.
