If you are trying to create an account and this message appears on your screen, it could be due to one of the following reasons: either you had a previously active account linked to the email address or you initiated the account creation process but didn't complete it.
In both cases you will need to recover your account. To do this, please go to the front page of the mobile app and use the account recovery feature. Make sure you have the original ID that you used to create the account, such as a passport or ID card, as well as your email address and phone number.
Please note that the account recovery system requires an exact match of your information. If you used multiple IDs and can't remember which one, you may need to attempt the recovery process more than once.
Note: If you started creating an account but didn't complete the process, all data will be deleted within one week.
