How to recover my password?

To recover your password please follow the next steps:

1. Open your Simur app and tap Recover account under the 'Password' button.
2. Tap Let's go.
3. Enter the required information.

Note: we will require your ID document and the phone number you used to register the account. By providing this information, we can ensure that it is you who is attempting to recover your account, and keep your personal data safe.
